Cancellation and Refund Policy - COSGrid Networks

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

If you are a new user and cancel your Subscription Plan within the first thirty (30) days following the first invoice for the Service, you can request a full refund by contacting us at contact@cosgrid.com. However, after this initial period, all payments made in accordance with the Terms of Service are considered final, and COSGrid Networks does not offer reimbursement or refunds for any reason.

Please note that if your Tenant is compromised or hacked, resulting in the loss of control or deletion of your Tenant, COSGrid Networks will not provide refunds for any associated losses.

In the event that you revoke or cancel any payments to COSGrid Networks, we reserve the right to provide the necessary transaction details, including your email address, IP address, and activity related to the denied transaction, to the third-party clearing or payment service.

By canceling your Subscription Plan, you agree to pay any outstanding invoices issued prior to the cancellation. Canceling your Subscription Plan does not absolve you of any unpaid amounts for the Subscription Period.

If you and/or your Users are using our Service through our App, you can opt-out of the Service at any time by uninstalling the App from your device(s). However, please be aware that opting out does not automatically cancel your Subscription Plan or entitle you to a refund. The Services will remain available for use until the end of your Subscription Plan.
